TOGETHER
Read and discuss the benefits of each vitamin. Discover which foods contain the vitamin you are learning about. Be engaged – show interest, lead by example, and eat healthy foods too! Activity books encourage conversations about nutrition's importance.
We have often heard how important it is to spend time together in the kitchen with children. It is proven that those kids who are more often involved in the cooking process have more sense of control and are more adventurous eaters! It is also more likely that children will try new foods if they are involved in cooking.
Make recipes together - choose your favorite ingredients and design your special recipe! If you do not have one specific ingredient in our recipe - find something similar in your pantry. Experiment with taste and texture until you find your perfect special recipe! These custom recipes involve children in cooking and allow them to be creators!

to see long term positive effects
LEADING BY EXAMPLE
You may already know that kids are our mirrors and will only respond well to teaching if you follow what you teach ("walk the talk" :) ).
Lead by example - buy and eat healthy foods, think and plan your meals so you - yourself - get your vitamins and minerals.
Be interested in the effects that food has on your well-being. Be curious!
SHARING
Discuss the benefits of your food with children when cooking or eating together.
Describe the impact of food on your body by mentioning the benefits of specific nutrients.
Children tend to make connection very fast!

Using our activity books, you can easily discuss all benefits of vitamins and minerals!
PEACE
Refrain from stressing about providing super healthy food all the time.
It is challenging to raise our children these days - unhealthy foods are all around us, they are cheap and easily accessible. It is hard to compete and, therefore, easy to get stressed. However, adding stress to healthy eating does not help. We have seen that cooking and learning with kids in a fun way do better in teaching children healthy food choices!
