For what age group are these activity books suitable? Our activity books are most appropriate for children aged 3 to 12 years. However, there is no age limit, and even adults can find these books useful. Younger children may require assistance in the kitchen and explanations of the activities, while those more experienced in cooking may navigate the recipes independently.

Do your recipes contain sugar? We prioritize creating recipes with minimal sugar content. Most of our recipes include natural sweeteners like dates, bananas, or other fruits. We believe in providing healthier alternatives, considering the abundance of sugar in our children's diets today.
-
Are your recipes gluten - free? The majority of our recipes are gluten-free. In cases where gluten is present, you can easily modify the recipes by swapping regular oats for gluten-free oats or regular flour for gluten-free flour.

What kind of recipes do these activity books contain? Our recipes are simple, easy to make, and engaging for kids. All recipes have been tested on real kids :). Some examples include pancakes, cream soups, salads, smoothies, and sweet dipping sauces like caramel sauce. The recipes are tailored to suit children's preferences, featuring more dipping sauces, colorful smoothies, and pancakes, and fewer stews and mixed foods.

What kind of foods are mentioned in these activity books? We have carefully chosen a list of healthy plant-based foods to consider kids' preferences. For instance, while cilantro is rich in vitamin A, we acknowledge that not all kids enjoy it. Similarly, while red hot chili peppers are abundant in vitamin C, we omitted them from the list due to obvious reasons :). Instead, we included more popular foods among kids while also incorporating lesser-known options to encourage experimentation and learning, such as dandelion greens among Vitamin A rich foods.
